Melvin was super helpful and pleasant. Most towing companies are nasty and rude. This was a total opposite experience. He even helped me get my stuff out of my car from the accident. To have someone you don’t know to be so helpful in a time of sadness makes him such an awesome human being. The lady at the front desk was very polite, nice, and shared her beautiful smile. So 5 stars.
